Terms of Service
By commissioning the Artist, the Commissioner is purchasing the Artist’s labor only.

By commissioning the Artist, the Commissioner accepts they are buying a digital product/service and will not receive any physical item.
​
By purchasing any artwork from the Artist, the Commissioner is stating that they have read and agreed to the following conditions.

The Artist obtains the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of the terms of service.

Commissions are done in halves. 50% is required after a finalized sketch. Any remaining payment will be paid upon confirming the finished product, but before the commissioner receives it.

Any attempts of a chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of commission and a permanent blacklist.
1. Usage Rights

As stated previously, Commissioners are paying for the Artist's Labor. The Artist retains all rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to; Distribution, Reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion, or Recreation (as in Redrawn in a future event).

If the Commissioner requests the commission stay confidential, it must be done so upon ordering the commission and must be for a limited period. The commission will not start until Commissioner has given the Artist the date that the commission may be displayed.

Any graphics used for updates or check-ins of a commission(s) are not to be utilized or taken without permission. Doing so will result in the closure of the commission.

Credit is required in all events. Do not remove the watermark.

All commissioned work cannot be resold, reprinted, or redistributed.

All commissioned work cannot be edited, altered, or traced.
​

All commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

All commissioned works are NOT permitted to use for any type of NFTS, Crypto Work, or AI. ​
2. References and Info
-
Characters must have a design/ref sheet and color palette. Otherwise, I am not responsible for any mistakes in unclear or unfinished reference sheets. Small details such as clips, earrings, tattoos, etc. must be clearly noted on the sheet or upon discussion of commission.

If there is no reference sheet, design fees are applicable. Written descriptions are viable but if it is overly detailed, Commissioner will be charged a fee to their commission (with notice).

All complex characters require an illustrated reference. Excess Fees may also apply to Armour, Fur, and Wings.

Commissioner must be as descriptive and specific as possible upon ordering. I am okay with Artistic Freedom, but I am not responsible for any missing or unsatisfactory details if not explicitly stated prior. What the Commissioner asks for is what they will receive.

3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable within one week of the first payment. After that, there are NO REFUNDS.

Refunds cannot be done if the work is finished or Artist is halfway through Rendering.

If refunded, Commissioner will be refunded 70% of any payment already made.
4. Delivery and Contact

Deadlines cannot be less than 4 days. The shorter the deadline, the higher the fee applied.

Priority list is determined by either: deadline, commission type, or the "first come first serve" basis. Payments to be placed higher on the priority list will increase with every commission passed.

Turnaround time may take a few days up to a few weeks.

Commission(s) will be sent through a google drive link to preserve quality.

Commissioners will receive updates biweekly, if there have been no changes since the last update there will be a message stating so.
​

Commissioners will receive a Google sheet that contains the details of their commission(s). This includes their due and paid payments, graphics, dates of updates and check-in, etc.
